    How do I cancel my subscription?

    You can cancel your subscription online at anytime from My Account page. If you cancel your subscription, you will be able to access the site, services, and content until the end of the billing period during which you cancelled your Subscription.

    Can I switch between the Study and Unlimited plan?

    Yes, you can do that too. Just go to My Account and click “change plan” and select the new plan that you want.

    When upgrading from Study to Unlimited or monthly to annual billing, the change will be effective immediately after making the change on My Account page. You’ll receive a pro-rated credit for the remaining time in your billing period, to be applied against your new upgraded plan.

    When changing from Unlimited to Study or annual to monthly billing, the change will take place at the end of your then current billing period and your new plan will be charged to your credit card.

    If you would like to switch from the annual Study plan to the Unlimited plan, only a switch to the annual Unlimited plan will be effective immediately. Otherwise, the change will take place at the end of your annual Study plan billing cycle.

    Can I change my billing method between monthly and annual billing?

    Monthly plans are subscriptions that automatically renew every month until you cancel. You’ll be billed the respective monthly fee for our Study or Unlimited plan on the same date every month. Our monthly plan is good for users who need Brightstorm for a relatively short period or want to have the flexibility to cancel anytime during a monthly billing cycle.

    Annual plans are year-to-year subscriptions. You save 30% with annual plans compared to the 12-month cost of the respective monthly plan. Annual plans are the best options for those who use Brightstorm for the long-term and want to save money. Our annual plans also renew automatically.
