In statistics, we often collect data and use ratios to represent comparing the quantities. Read the table carefully to see if the numbers represent the categories of data or the overall total. Additionally, if more data is introduced to the same scenario, be sure to update ALL of the table accordingly!! A common error is to update parts of a table but not the total, which would mess up your ratio calculations.
