Dividing fractions is really tricky if you don't truly understand that division means splitting a value into equal sized parts: 4 divided by 1/3 means "how many 1/3 size pieces are in 4?" It is helpful to try to draw pictures if possible. Eventually, most people just memorize the process that dividing with fractions is the same as multiplying by the reciprocal.
