Fractions, decimals, and percents are three different ways in which you could represent any value. To move from a decimal to a percent, move the point two spots right. To go from a decimal to a fraction, read the decimal aloud using proper vocabulary, and reduce the fraction. To convert between a fraction and decimal, do long division.
