Remind yourself that a fraction bar represents division, so to convert between a fraction and decimal, do long division. To move from a fraction to a percent, there are two methods. First, if the denominator is a multiple, you can write it in an equivalent form with 100 in the denominator: If that can't be done, divide to get a decimal, and then move the decimal two spots to the right.
