A "double fraction" looks intimidating, but you can attack it by remembering that dividing by a fraction is the same as multiplying by its reciprocal. The top fraction will stay the same, but the bottom fraction gets flipped over and we multiply. Factor everything if possible, and cross out entire factors that are totally the same on top and bottom.
