Students are more than just a set of grades and test scores and extracurricular activities are a great way of showing that. They demonstrate what your interests are and what you’re passionate about, both of which are really important in determining who you are as an individual. College admissions officers want to know that you’re not only going to be successfully academically, but that you’re also going to make an impact on campus. That’s what really makes the college experience unique.
