You should only contact the admissions office about an error on your college application if you believe it will have a strong impact on the decision to accept you to the college. If it’s something as minor as a grammatical error, then it’s not worth bringing it to the attention of the admissions office. However, if it’s a major error, then make sure you contact the admissions office with your college application ID and state were the errors are and what the corrections are. It’s also considerate to include a brief apologetic statement at the end.
