Informational sessions are one of the best ways to learn about colleges. They provide you with insight into what the academic and social life of a college are, which is not always available online. At many of these events, you can often meet and talk to admissions officers who can personally answer any questions that you have about the application process. It’s also an opportunity to meet students who actually attend the university and tell you about their personal experiences of attending that college. It’s important that you learn as much as you can about a college before applying to it. Try to attend as many informational sessions as you can. There are many scheduled throughout the entire school year.
