About Me
I was a history teacher for 9 years in the Bronx, New York before I decided to pursue a Ph.D. in Education at Stanford. I received my B.A. in history from Wesleyan University, and an M.A. in education from NYU.
How I Teach
I like to ask difficult questions, and then piece together answers using students' experience and intelligence.
Trace different themes of United States history through the lens of the Constitution, and discover how power and politics have shaped your life. The episodes address your rights and responsibilities, and examine the historical events that led to major Supreme Court decisions. Through vibrant storytelling and interactive lessons, Eric will turn the most uninterested student into a history fan.
