Brightstorm SAT 200 Point Increase Guarantee

Brightstorm wants you be completely satisfied with your course purchase. If for any reason you're unsatisfied with any online course purchase during the first 30-days, we'll refund your course or exchange it for another course. In order to receive a refund or exchange a course, contact customer support within 30-days from date of purchase and request a refund or course exchange.

For customers who purchase the SAT Video Prep Package, Brightstorm guarantees that your composite SAT score will increase 200 points or more when you use the SAT Video Prep Package as directed. Your score increase will be calculated as follows:
(Post-Brightstorm SAT composite score) – (Baseline SAT composite score) = Your SAT score increase

For purposes of the calculation above, your baseline SAT composite score will equal the composite score of your best actual, offline, College-Board administered SAT that was taken prior to the date on which you purchased Brightstorm's SAT Video Prep Package.

For purposes of the calculation above, your “Post-Brightstorm SAT Composite Score” will equal the composite score of the first actual SAT that you properly complete after you have completed Brightstorm's SAT Prep Package in its entirety; provided, however, that such first actual SAT is taken within two months of completing Brightstorm's SAT Prep Package .

If your SAT score increase is not greater than or equal to 200 points, you will be eligible for a full refund of the course purchase price. In order to receive your refund, you must:

• Have a Baseline SAT Composite Score that is lower than 2000;
• Watch all videos in Brightstorm's SAT Prep Package prior to the date of the SAT exam, which includes videos from all 3 sections of the SAT Prep Package:"SAT Math Demystified" with Ginger Reiner, "SATisfaction" with Erin Hyman and "Conquering A Necessary Evil" with Linda Hirw. Upon submitting a request for a refund Brightstorm will confirm that videos were watched prior to the exam date.
• Submit the score report of an actual SAT that was taken prior to your purchase of Brightstorm's SAT Prep Package, if applicable;
• Submit the score report of the first actual SAT that you take after completing Brightstorm's SAT Prep Package in its entirety; and
• Claim your right to the guarantee within thirty (30) days of receipt of SAT Scores from the College Board.

• Submit all supporting documentation to Brightstorm at the time you claim your right to the guarantee via fax or mail as requested by Brightstorm.
