The "Explanation" tab for this video says that hydrogen bonds are "extremely strong" bonds, but this video says they are weak.  Which is it?

The hydrogen bonds are strong bonds

I'd say there strong relative to other intermolecular forces, i.e. London dispersion forces. They are, however, weak in general. DNA has its strands connected by hydrogen bonds, but it can be denatured (the hydrogen bonds broken) simply by adding a little heat.

this is the extremely strong hydregon bond: H-O-H the weak bond he talks about is the intermolecular forces between molecules, as in H-O-H    H    O    H it is the bong between a hydregon of one molecule with an oxygen from another molecule
