If the length is fixed @ 22cm, then both of those sides represent 44cm of perimeter, and you need to know how long the other side(s) need to be, so...44cm + 2*X cm = 82cm?82-44=2x38/2=x19=xYour rectangle must be at least 19cm by 22cm to acheive an 82cm perimeter.
