I can write single logarithms for " log x - 6log(x+2) " the problem is #s right before "log" such as in the 4 in " 4log x - 6log(x+2) I don't know what to do with these numbers!

4logx=logx^4 6log(x+2)=log(x+2)^6 The whole thing is logx^4/log(x+2)^6
