here is the explanationfirst subtract 5 (fraction  bar)8n on both of the sides and add 3 on side sides. then add 12 with 3 on right side. and do simple algebra on the left you should get 2(fraction)8n on the left. then multiply 8n on bothsides. and then divide 15 on both sides. and then you should get 0.133 on the left and 8 n on the right . at the end divde 8 on both sides and the answer should be n=0.017Good luck!
