Evaluate e^2x-1=3^x I know I'm supposed to use ln some way, and possibly a change of base formula. Please help!

Some problems are not easily solved using algebra. Try graphing each side of the equation and where they intersect is your answer. There are also approximation methods that will find the real zeros of a function using calculus .... try web searching Newton's Method.
