I really need help with 2 Geometry problems!!!

1.  For right triangle ACB with right angle C, if m Ang A = 45° and BC = 3, what is the length of AC?

2.  For Figure 6, 0A = 3 and AC = 12, what is OB?

Please help!! I don't understand these problems.  The website below #3 is image for Figure 6.

1. Since angle A is 45, then this is a right isosceles triangle, so the other side is also length of 3.  Now you know the length of the two sides and can use Pythagorean to get length of hypotenuse.
