-4x^2+12x+7. How did they get the answer -(2x+1)(2x-7) by factoring? I did this problem and got (-2x-1)(2x-7) but that is wrong. Please help, thanks!!!

Nancy -You got the SAME answer ... just factor out -1 from (-2x - 1) and you get their answer of  -(2x +1).
