A spring is attached to wall and 380 g block. The block slides horizontally with friction coeff. of 0.30. A 22 N force compresses the spring 18 cm. The block is released after being compressed 18 cm to the left.  Solve for the stretch distance to the right on first cycle.

use the formula that they gave you and fill in the variables with the 380 g, etc.

Sorry, but the first answer was not helpful.  No formulas are given, but it is a conservation of energy problem with potential energies, kinetic energies and thermal energy.
