NO.it need not ALWAYS be the perpendicular bisector.it is a perpendicular bisector only in the case of an equilateral triangle and its not in right angled triangle as the perpendicular bisector of is one of the side opposite to hypotenuse and median is something which divides the opposite line but it doesnt even intersect
