(x+12)^2=x^2+24x+144 So c=144

I believe you can use the "complete the square" method, where you take the "b" term and divide it by two, then square it. So, 24/2 = 12. 12^2 = 144.There, now you have your "c" term that makes the expression a perfect square trinomial. :D
