How do you translate a quadrilateral using a translation vector? This is only using construction tools, no measuring.

I know how to do perpendicular bisectors, line segments, angles, etc.

I can make rotations reflections and translations NOT using construction only tools, but I can't figure out using only a straight edge + compass.
