The initial velocity=15m/sAt the top its final velocity is 0g=-10m/s^2( I rounded it )t=?use the kinematic equation,Vfinal=Vinitial+gt  and solve for t0=15-10t   t=1.5secThe acceleration is always -10m/s^2To find the velocity at t=2 use the same equationV final=15-10(2)=-5m/sThe negative sign indicates the ball is falling downward.
