How do you find the area and circumference of a circle when the height between two tangents of the circle are given?

Please help me answer the question and also answer the one about significant figures thanks ... this is for a math test which is tomorrow so I really really need your help thanks

i think just by given the tangent cannot determine the area of a triangle at least thats what i learned from my teachers...

If thetwo tangent lines are drawn , one from the highest, and the other from the lowest then they will be parallel and the distance between them will be diameter. Take half of it,for radius and use the formulae to find the area, circumference of the circle
