First, draw a diagram. Then plug in your known values (the length of the shadow cast by the tree, and the angle of elevation). All you have to do afterward is use a trigonometric function that corresponds to your known values to solve the problem. And the person below me did that for me :D

The shadow is the adjacent side and the tree is opposite side. The angle is 29 . So tan29=Tree height/shadow=x/20 x=20xtan29=11.086 feet
