Function: A set of ordered pairs in which each input value (x values) corresponds to exactly one output value (y- values). Ex (1,2) (2,3) (3,4) See the x values are 1,2,3 and the x values do not repeat. Linear Equation: An equation that makes a straight line. There is no exponent. Example: (1,1) (2,2) (3,3)
