how does the point slope method of finding a line compare to the intercept form? What are the strengths and weaknesses of each?

The point slope method is simple in that you have a point and then you have a slope.The intercept has a specific point (y intercept) and a slopeI prefer the intercept form because its simple to draw. Others prefer the point-slope because its easier to do mathematical analysis with (apparently: thats what my teacher says but I don't agree)
