Reestablished Poland (which had been missing since the partition or 1795) Reduced German territory, cutting it off from East Prussia by allocating territory to Poland.... dismembered the Austro-Hungarian Empire (Austria and Hungary separate nations)... and with former territory from the Ottoman Empire formed Yugoslavia (Montenegro disappeared). Romania gained territory. Bulgaria lost territory, Greece gained territory. Italy gained minor territory. Countries of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland (again) and Finland formed from lands of former Russian Empire... pretty much covers it. Alsace-Lorraine returned to France... Denmark gained territory.
