Anna -The length of the side of a rhombus equals the square root of d1 squared plus d2 squared.  See picture below and use Pythagorean theorem.

Anna - my mistakeYes, you do have to divide d1 and d2 by 2!  Look at my picture and you will see what I mean.  So when you take the square root, make sure you divide by 2 before you square!
