How is this possible, "sodium hydroxide, NaOH, aqueous would break up into its components positive sodium plus ion and a negatively chlorine ion"?? Doesn't NaOH break into Na+ and OH- (not Cl-)??

They should say "...and a negatively charged hydroxide ion," not chlorine.
