i am trying to download the diagnostic test and a window comes up that reads: error with adobe acrobat/reader please exit adobe acrobat/reader and try again. How do I exit adobe acrobat/reader?

if you're using a macintosh. while you're on adobe acrobat/reader, press command-Q. that way you quit the application.I haven't used a pc in a long time but just basically closing all adobe windows should work.If all else fails, just restart the computer
