I would recommend that your friend visits " www.collegeconfidential.com"; , he can use a tool called college search in order to find colleges that suit his interests best. Also, he can create an account and find answers to other questions he may have in forums. Finally, he can go to collegeboard(for students) and find requirements for specific colleges.
