1. Use a graphing calculator2. I'm guessing that the 3 means multiply so -2X(3) equals -6X then add 18X so f(X)= 12X and graph 12X

Assuming that it means 2x^3, then you factor out -2x.f(x) = x^2 - 9Then factor furtherf(x) = x(x+3)(x-3)Those are your x-intercepts, and your ending behaviors are going up going left, and going down going right.  Then, connect the dots
