Pascal's principle says the pressure is equal at all places in a fluid at the same depth.  You have not included units so it is not known if you are referring to psi or pascals, kilopascals, atmospheres....... Your number is 31,100,000 something units.  Other than that, you have not really described a problem set up to work with.
