Brightstorm Q & A : When getting help and asking to see steps I keep getting forwarded to bagatrix software web page how do i get this to stop? I am a member and paying for brightstorm service do not want to buy.

Try to use a different browser and see if that helps. There is a system requirement in the FAQ.
