My PC has NVIDIA Getforce 8400GS display adapter & LG W2361 (digital) monitor, running on MS XP prossessinal version.  some is readable and some are not readable. Why?.

Are you using IE7? Try to switch to a different browser like Firefox or Chrome. They are much better anyway and make sure you update windows xp to the latest service pack. I believe it is SP3.
