let F(x) = y so, Y = x+3 now, i'll assume that there's no other condition here, like whats the range of y or x etc. but if we were to assume that y = 0 then x+3 = 0 therefore, x = -3 But i may be wrong, This is just a wild shot Anyone, please correct me

the y intercept would be 3, and the x intercept would be -3, if that helps
