I need help. A contractor mixes concrete from bags of pre-mix for small jobs. How many bags with 7% cement should he mix with 10 bags of 14.6% cement to produce a mix containing 11% cement?

Here is your equation and you can solve for x. 0.07x + 10(0.146) = 0.11(x + 10)
