The answer would be (E) y is multiplied by 4. You get this by replacing with x and z with 2x and 2z. This also means x^3 would be replaced with (2x)^3, which equals to 8x^3. If you divide out the 2 from the 2z in the denominator and the 2 from the 8z^3 in the numerator, you'll get 5*4*x^3/z, which is four times more than the original value of y.
