How do you find leading coefficients, zeros, and sufficient solution points from a problem like: f(x)=x^3-9x?

f(x) = x^3 - 9x - leading coefficient - you look at the highest power. here x^3 is the highest power so the leading coefficient is 1 because x means 1. -zeros. you factor the equation so here you factor x out so it will be x (x^2 -9). you can factor x^2-9 so the new factoring equation will be x (x + 3) (x - 3) = 0. solve for x so the zeros will be 0, 3, -3. -sufficient solutions will be 0, 3, -3
