Well to solve this problem you need to know the formula... Which is: 2 times pi times the radius squared  + (plus) 2 times pi times the radius times the hight. When I put everything in the formula this is what I got: 251.2 So the answer to your question should be: The Surface Area of this cylinder is 251.2 Hope this helps!
