OK...no one answered your question. They just wrote equivalent expressions.Polynomials have terms that are separated by addition and subtraction. What you have isn't really a polynomial in terms of the variable x.Part of the expression, 7 + 2x, is a polynomial - more specifically, a binomial. Both terms are being multiplied by 3x. The result, which is also a binomial, is 21x + 6x^2
