2!4! over 6! would be the same thing as saying (if you expanded the factorials)2*2*3*42*3*4*5*6(we can disregard the 1's since they don't affect multiplication or division)Now that we've expanded the factorials, we can see what numbers we can cancel out. We can cancel out a pair of 2's, 3's, and 4's. Also, we can simplify it further by dividing out a 2 from 2 and 6. We're now left with  1   5*3Now we're just left with a simple multiplication problem, and we end up with 1/15.
