It doesn't sound like they are going to add to the video library for a little while. One important thing to remember with coordinate geometry is that right triangles and the pythagorean theorem are used...a lot.When you are finding the distance between two points, you are just finding the hypotenuse of a right triangle.When you are finding the slope of a line segment between two points, you are just finding the vertical distance, the horizontal distance, and then dividing. (Rise over Run)When you are finding a perpendicular slope, you just have to reverse direction. Instead of "rise over run", I think of it as "the opposite of run over rise".Watch some of the pre-calculus videos for some coordinate geometry lessons. Look at some other sites if you need more help.
