it could just be your computer or maybe BRIGHTSTORM is changing or fixing something. if you have any problems or questions, you should contact BRIGHTSTORM. you could email them or call their number. 1-866-326-3471 is the number. its at the bottom of, i think, all the screens. good luck to you!!

It's been happening to me too.Although it only does so when my internet connection is lagging, or when I pause the video for too long. It works most of the time when I refresh

my internet's fine but some videos keep glitching and stopped playing while i repeatedly press play. so thats bad luck there. lol
