Use (Change in y)/(Change in x) for the slope, and plug in the equation y=mx+b to find the y-intercept. Then convert to Ax+By+c=0, the standard form.

Use the slope formula with the 2 points, and the plug them into the point-slope formula. xDso y2-y1/x2-x1 (if I remember correctly) gives you the slope, and then plug it into y-y1=m(x-x1)^__^ Hope I helped out.
