always flip the sign when dividing by a negative

You should always flip the sign when multiplying or dividing by a negative.

When multiplying/dividing out a negative number, always switch the inequality sign to the opposite. Only applies to negative multiplication/division.(I was so confused when I did this years ago; I always did it to negative addition/subtraction. )
