If you have the zero's, you can create an equation with them. You have to take all your zero's and make a binomial that will equal 0 if you plugged the zero in (the zero's are what make the equation equal 0 if you put that value in for x). For example, if you have x = 3, -2 as zero's, make a binomial from each one.(x - 3) (x + 2) = 0If you were to plug the zero's back in, the equation would equal zero (a way to check if you set it up correctly).So whatever your zero's are, you have to make a binomial for each one, then multiply all the binomials together to get an equation.

The previous answer is right, but note that it can be written as:c(x-z1)(x-z2) ... (x-zn) = 0 where c is a constant and zn is the nth zero.
