Perimeter, written out in variables is a single degree polynomial.Scale factor is also single degree.  Therefore, the ratio of the perimeters is the same as the scale factor, 36:100.  (Or, if you wanted to simplify, it would be 9:25.)

i think the perimeter is the same for the scaleso the answer is 9:25the area's scale is squared though
