I'm going to agree with carrotnosedude and say "habitual", because I'm assuming with "habit" you mean "an acquired behavior pattern regularly followed until it has become almost involuntary", and habitual means "commonly used, followed, observed, etc., as by a particular person; customary.""Habitable" means that you could live in that place, and it doesn't fit the meaning of habit. So I'm going to say "habitual."
